Siobhán Kiernan is committed to being a sustainable and conscious brand. Siobhán Kiernan wants an unboxing experience that isn’t tarnished by excessive amounts of non-recyclable plastic. All packaging consists of recycled material - the boxes, the tissue paper, stickers.

Each Siobhán Kiernan box is branded using a self-inking stamp. This stamp is made from over 65% post-consumer plastics; which gives plastic materials already in circulation, a second life. This stamp uses soy-based inks. These Soy-based inks are a renewable resource, and leave no petroleum behind - so it can be safely used on compostable materials.
For every order Siobhán Kiernan makes for eco packaging from noissue, a tree is planted in an area of need. Siobhán Kiernan’s last order meant a total of 18,535 trees were planted Worldwide to date by noissue.
The “Thank you” note or “Gift message” included in the packaging is handwritten on seed paper. this seed paper can be planted to grow flowers, The back of the note contains a QR code that can be scanned for the planting instructions. Seed paper is sourced from Bloomin Papers.
With regard to the materials used, Siobhán Kiernan uses materials from sources that likewise are committed to being sustainable in their manufacturing and energy supply practices and also socially conscious with regard to employee rights and wages. Many of Siobhán Kiernan designs contain vintage Swarovski crystals. Siobhán Kiernan is happy to restyle crystals and beads from older pieces you would like to rewear.

Orders typically ship within 7 business days from date of order.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please notify hello@siobhankiernan.com before 3pm EST on the date following the date in which the order was placed. Kindly note, once you receive your final email confirmation, we will not be able to change your order at this stage.

Custom orders
Siobhán Kiernan always loves to receive custom orders. All of her pieces can be made in a variety of colors. All of the earrings can be made with a clip on earring, if required, just ask! Siobhán Kiernan also likes to work along with clients to design a perfect piece. It is exciting to work on a unique piece of jewelry. Siobhán Kiernan has made custom orders for brides, mother of the brides, proms and even a Tony Award Ceremony. For custom orders, please email hello@siobhankiernan.com. We will accept returns on unworn merchandise for exchange or store credit only within 28 days of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Siobhan Kiernan pieces are handmade. Due to the handmade nature of our products, stones and beads my vary slightly in shape, size and color.
Please note the hoops and findings are either sterling silver or 14K gold filled. These may darken or tarnish with normal wear. To preserve your Siobhan Kiernan pieces and properly care for them, we recommend that you store in a cool, dry place and avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, oils, hairsprays, water and other chemicals. To clean, gently wipe the metal surface with a soft cloth.
For items purchased from siobhankiernan.com, we will repair any defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase at no charge. Please email hello@siobhankiernan.com if repair is needed.
